• 850g Turk's free range chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp Simon Gault Home Cuisine Moroccan Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp canola oil or vegetable cooking oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl mix the oil with the Simon Gault Home Cuisine Moroccan seasoning then add the chicken wings and mix well. Place the wings onto a baking tray and place into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. There should be no pink and the juices should be running clear.
  3. Serve by themselves or with a salad as a light meal or with minted yoghurt dip as a delicous canapé.
